Welcoming and modern 80 m² house with garden views in Piriac-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, and the second which has two trundle beds). In the lounge, the sofa unfolds to offer you an additional bed. The house can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a bathroom. It has a garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, outdoor parking in the same building, a television and an iron. The American-style kitchen with induction hobs is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press. You only need to stroll through the narrow streets, admire the beautiful granite houses, watch the fishermen return to the port or stop at a friendly crêperie to see for yourself. Elected a small town of character, Piriac displays its charms in its architectural heritage as well as on its small beaches nestled at the foot of walls and rocks. This accommodation has Wi-Fi access. This furnished accommodation is not suitable, but access to the housing is without stairs. Animals are not accepted in this rental.
