Welcome to L'Iris, a charming cottage for 2 people in the heart of an estate with 5 cottages that we have chosen to take over to give it a new life while preserving its charm and authenticity. Enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a jacuzzi in summer, and a barbecue. Inside, a kitchen open to the living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Shared heated pool 10 × 5 m. The space Living room: A warm and bright living room combining a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. Each gîte has satellite TV so you can enjoy French and British channels. Bedroom: A comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds upon request. Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Outdoors: A private shaded terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. A Jacuzzi is also available in summer. Common spaces: Guests have access to the 10 x 5 m heated communal pool with a security fence. Plenty of loungers, umbrellas and inflatable mattresses are available. The common garden is secure and fenced. Play and leisure areas are shared with other guests. A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided for your stay Other things to note Pets not allowed Breakfast & apéro basket To enhance your stay, we offer the following as an additional service and by reservation: 🥐 The breakfast basket A gourmet breakfast delivered directly to your cottage, with pastries, baguette, butter, jam, honey, yogurt, and orange juice. 🥂 The apéro basket A selection of small savory treats to share, accompanied by a bottle of wine or beer. 📩 These services are available by reservation only.
