Entrance There is a shoe cabinet in the entryway, and there are also coat hooks on the wall. There are 4 bedrooms, and the beds are different in each room. Bedroom 1 An 8-mat Japanese-style room on the second floor. There are 2 double beds that are 140 cm wide. These beds reduce strain on the body with their excellent pressure distribution and provide a refreshing sleep experience with their breathable materials. There is also an iron and a yoga mat in the closet. There is also a 4-tatami workspace. 〈Bedroom 2〉 A 6-tatami mat carpeted room on the second floor. There is one double bed. We use a "True Sleeper" memory foam mattress topper on top of a pocket coil mattress. There are two folding mattresses and spare futons in the closet. Feel free to use them according to the number of guests. Bedroom 3 A 6-mat Japanese-style room just inside the entrance on the first floor. There are 2 double beds. We use a high-resilience mattress topper on top of a pocket coil mattress. It also provides firm support for the bodies of well-built men. 〈Bedroom 4〉 A 6-tatami mat carpeted room at the back of the first floor. There is one double bed. The pocket coil mattress is paired with an "Airweave" mattress topper, which is also used by professional athletes. There is also a spare folding mattress and two sets of futons in the closet, so please use them in whatever space you like. Living Room You can relax on the couch. You can enjoy movies, videos, etc. on the large screen of the 65-inch TV (REGZA). *Terrestrial broadcasts are not available.🙏 Dining room In addition to 4 dining chairs, we also provide 4 stools, so it can be used by up to 8 people. If there are a lot of people, please also use the table in the living room. We provide the following items so you can cook during your stay. (Even if you are Japanese, you may be asked to display your ID for identification purposes) ● There are also private residences in the neighborhood, so from 10 PM to 7 AM, disruptive behavior such as noise, parties, and loud voices directed outside that disturb the surroundings is strictly prohibited.　 ● Smoking is not allowed anywhere, including on the property and in the neighborhood. ● If the indoor trash cans become full during your stay, please put the bags in the trash cans next to the building. ● Street smoking and littering are prohibited by ordinance in Niigata City. ● The host will not contact you about any items you may have left behind. If you notice anything missing, please contact us within 3 days after checkout. After a certain period of time, we may have to dispose of the item.
