Craftsman dining table is set for six but can be expanded to 10 for family gatherings. Large master bedroom with California King bed, craftsman furniture and 39 inch smart tv. Equally large master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, large tub, and a separate water closet. Two additional well appointed bedrooms with queen beds, television, ceiling fans and large closets. Updated guest bath with new vanity and toilet. Front yard pool and spa have views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There are four relaxing loungers with a large umbrella, benches and cafe table. French doors from the kitchen give easy access to drinks and refreshments. (Pool heat an additional $125/day November to March, $100/day April to October or as used for stays over 7 days.) The daily rental rate does not include spa or pool heat, however spa heat is included in the quote at $25/day.
