Next door to Metro Hospital Cleveland Bedroom #1

Hello I'm Chris. Thank you for booking with me at Woodbridge Terrace LLC. I personally remodeled this century old building from the ground up, with the most modern fixtures and appliances. The home has 6 private bedrooms 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs with shared kitchen, living room, laundry room and 2.5 baths. This home is located near Metro Hospital, Tremont, Ohio City. We are also less than 3 miles to downtown CLE. The space This is a lower level private bedroom with a dresser, desk and a queen size bed. This space has been totally renovated from the studs out to new plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Additionally, I'm asking all my guests to be careful entering and exiting as we are still under renovations. Guest access You will have access to your private bedroom rooms along with the shared living room, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and the laundry area is available for small charge. During your stay We are always available to answer questions and requests. Other than this, we give our guests ample space to relax and enjoy. Other things to note This is a no children of any age under 14 location. Due to our clientele of mostly doctors, interns and nurses from the hospital across the street. All the TV's use streaming Roku devices to watch over 1300 channels. Once any TV is on use the Roku remote to select the Spectrum App then you can choose what channel you like. All of the TV's also support Netflix, Hulu and hundreds of other streaming platforms.
