Nice brand new studio.

Small, cozy, and warm space ☯️ with all the comforts you need for the price of a room. Very quiet environment in a house in the countryside. A 7-minute drive from the city and all amenities. As a bike traveler 🚴 and renovation enthusiast, I created this studio to offer a different option. A small, 100% independent space halfway between the bedroom and the apartment A very affordable rate without the constraints of shared common areas 🙂 The space I don't allow pets because the spaces were not designed for them. Following several bad experiences in a previous property with guests who did not respect the rules regarding smoking, I now no longer accept smokers in any of my properties. Guest access There is ample free parking with spaces always available 50 meters from the accommodation, which is the meeting point where I will welcome you.
