Off-street parking is available on the driveway for 2 cars (please note the garage is not available for guest use). There is no on street parking due to being on a three-lane road. Self check-in makes arrival easy — full details sent before your stay. Other things to note * The Queen bedroom is at the front of the house and benefits from lake views. However, even though the house is setback from the road, expect some traffic noise particularly during peak hours. * Stays longer than 21 days will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200. For stays up to 30 days this may be redeemed towards a mid-stay clean - check with us for a cleaning quote. ** Public Holiday Checkouts: Checkouts that fall on a public holiday will be subject to an additional $100 fee to cover increased award rates. Photo ID is required upon booking confirmation. BBQ must be left fully clean or a $100 clean fee is raised. This means no traces of food or oil on any part, including underneath.
