Bishop Stortford town with its shopping centre, pubs, wine bars and restaurants is 3 miles away. Historic Hatfield forest is 5 minutes drive away for forest walks and a lakeside cafe. Stansted airport is 10-15 minutes away by taxi or 25 minutes by local village bus . Bus stop just outside.
