This large, fully renovated Normandy house is part of an old farmhouse, quiet, surrounded by pastures with horses and a large garden for tenants. House with the charm of the old with all modern comforts. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, linens provided. Food shops (bakery, caterers, pharmacy, supermarkets) and the Sunday market are a 5-minute walk. 10-minute drive to the beaches. Tennis. The space The house: Typical Norman house both in the quiet of the countryside and close to all shops, ideal for 11 adults. Large living spaces with two wood stoves (wood provided). The house is bathed in light and fully renovated and allows you to relax by the fireplace in the evening. Large kitchens allow you to prepare meals in a friendly atmosphere. All bedrooms are independent, separated either by a hallway or by a bathroom. 4 bathrooms. Beds will be made and the rental rate includes bed sheets, tablecloth, napkins and towels. Housekeeping can be offered to you at your request, once a week if weekly booking. Beds: Ground floor Bedroom 1: one double bed (160 x 190) (separable into two single beds) Floor: Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 x 190) Bed 3: two single beds (85 x 200) one children's bed (70 x 170) Bedroom 4: a single bed (135 x 190) two single bunk beds (90 x 190) Bedroom 5: a double bed (140 x 190) The garden: a private garden: The very large garden inevitably evokes that of our grandmothers: perhaps by strolling there you could pick ripe fruit or play hide-and-seek in the vegetation. You will be amazed by the beauty and resources of nature. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture for lunch in the sun, sun loungers for reading in the shade of the fig tree and the barbecue for long summer evenings. Zero pesticide zone for at least 35 years! Respect for our garden is expected from you: an explanatory tour of the garden can be made at your request when booking, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the basic botany... Secure and fenced garden and parking (maximum 4 cars). The surroundings: On the sports side, close to the beaches of Normandy (< 10 km) for walks or water sports (sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, etc.). The greenway passes through the village for bike rides (no bike available but rental possible in the village of Bourg Dun). Golf sessions (in Dieppe or Saint-Valery). On the cultural side, many manors, castles and authentic villages (Veules-les-Roses, most beautiful village in France). If you would like more information, don't hesitate to contact me. Enjoy your rest! Guest access The entire house and large garden are available for guest use and are reserved for them. Tennis is accessible to tenants, don't forget your tennis shoes and rackets. Other things to note Regarding cleaning, we allow 30 hours between each rental to ensure your stay is as clean and pleasant as possible. We never rent the house in the evening when our previous guests have left in the morning (minimum 48 to 72 hours for cleaning and ventilation).
