Welcome in our studio cottage "Un Gîte sur Mars"! Located in the heart of the village of Mars-La-Tour, between Metz (25 km) and Verdun (35 km). Amnéville (35 km), Lac de Madine (30 km), Nancy (70 km). Our village is therefore an ideal base to discover a good part of the Lorraine heritage or simply to stop by. New, spacious and functional, on the ground floor with independent entrance, this studio enjoys the calm and privacy of the garden. Small private terrace. The space We wanted to preserve the charm of the architecture and stone of the old building to furnish this studio. Ideal for a couple, it can however accommodate 4 people. It consists of: a large living room/sleeping area with a double bed + a sofa bed for 2 people. Equipped kitchen and small dining area: Microwave oven, Grill, Induction hob, Mini-Oven, Fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, Electric kettle, Toaster, Complete dishes and pots. and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet (hair dryer). For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival. Bath towels and dish towels are provided. And end of stay cleaning is included. You will find 1 bakery and 1 convenience store nearby in the village as well as many shops 6 km away. Free parking spaces next to the entrance gate. Within walking distance, you will certainly enjoy the beautiful body of water arranged for lovers of fishing, walking or country picnics. Guest access Want to relax and escape for a few hours? Enjoy our relaxation area in oriental colors (hammam, hot tub, rest area). By reservation, subject to availability and with extra charge: €50 for 1.5 hours for 2 people INFO: the relaxation area is not accessible at the moment, due to breakdown on the hot tub. We are trying to fix it as soon as possible. We are counting on your understanding.
