Recently renovated villa with breathtaking sea sight encircled by maquis.We offer you 1 to 3 rooms with modern furnished and private bathroom. You can easily get to the village centre and get to the fabulous beaches or take some relax in the garden. The space Quiet and relaxing place with a wonderful sea sight. From dawn to sunset you will live emotioning experience looking at the continuous changing of the colours of the sea in front of your room. Very close to the town centre and to Cantagallina beach, wonderful for children. The villa is immersed in a green flowered garden. We have only 3 bedrooms named "Caletta", "Guidi" and "Cantagallina" like some of the most famous beaches in St. Peter Island. The pictures showed in this ad are about "Caletta" room. You can give a look to the other 2 rooms in the the ad called Carloforte seaview villa room 2 and 3. Each room can accomodate 2 people, with a double bed or 2 single beds. "Caletta" is the biggest room has a functional little kitchen as you can see by the pictures. Each room is equipped with safe deposit box, mosquito net, ceiling fan, umbrella. In respect of nature, the hot water is supplied by a solar energy system.
