With spacious rooms, a suite with a full bathroom with a bathtub, and 2 others share a well-built house with comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to all of Alcalá and Madrid, in a flat with classic decoration with air conditioning and underfloor heating. Two more bedrooms with single beds. An ideal space for UAH or Alcalingua students and family, sightseeing in Complutum, Madrid, Alcarria, black villages... in a city with a party atmosphere and always alive. The house has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and all kinds of kitchen utensils. In the living room we have TV, WiFi, books on the history of Alcalá that you can buy, board games and much more. Ideal for students, displaced workers, teachers, assistants, athletes, moves... It has a large private room with a full bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have a mirror, nightstands, a closet with hangers, drawers, and two small tables with drawers, a large mirror, in a well-built house with comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to the house of Cervantes, in the heart of the city, and to any service you need, in an apartment with classic decoration with air conditioning and underfloor heating. 150 cm × 200 cm bed and armchair convertible into a very comfortable single bed to accommodate a third person in the suite. In the other two bedrooms, we have 90 cm x 200 cm beds, nest-bed type (2 beds). Free street parking, or between the Via Complutense and the train tracks (high turnover, easy parking depending on the time) or paid parking on Calle Angel. Alcalá on foot, Madrid half an hour away, and the airport 20 minutes away... Guest access Guests have the house to themselves and can enjoy the kitchen, terrace, and living room. You have a large refrigerator to store food, and several cabinets with space. We can offer virtually any service such as nuts or sunscreen. We have a Netflix subscription in the living room. 8Kg load washing machine: 10 euros. Check-in after 10:00 PM: 20 euros.
