The apartment is 3 rooms with a balcony, 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet courtyard. I rent a separate room where there is a bed for 2 people, the possibility of an extra bed on a mattress or a cot, it is also possible to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed, where there are 2 places, the next room is equipped as a study-living room for 1-2 people. All this when I am not at home, the apartment is often empty. Otherwise, I live in the living room and study. The apartment has a storage room for storing in-line skates or bicycles. Possibility to use the kitchen even when I am at home and the balcony, which is full of flowers and herbs. The space I live in an apartment with a cat named Rozárka, who is very kind, I prefer to warn if allergy sufferers come. I'm often not home on weekends and sometimes during the week, so the apartment is empty. The apartment is located 2 minutes from Nymburk main train station. Train connections twice an hour to Prague, Podebrady, Kolín, Hradec Králové. Guest access Parking is available on both sides of the house on two streets. Other things to note In Nymburk there are beautiful medieval walls, a museum where there is an exhibition of Bohumil Hrabal, a bike path and an inline track towards Podebrady to Velký Osek, full of cafes, restaurants and pubs with Postřelm beer.
