The apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet courtyard. I rent the entire apartment and separate rooms, bedroom-bed for 2, possibility of an extra mattress and a crib, it is also possible to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed for 2, the next room is furnished as a study - a sofa bed for 2. All this when I am not home, the apartment is often empty. Otherwise, I live in the living room and the study. The apartment has a storage space for inline skates or bicycles. You can use the kitchen when I am home and the balcony, which is full of flowers and herbs. The space I live alone in an apartment, and I also work here. I'm often not home, so the apartment is empty. I also rent two separate rooms or the entire apartment; all 3 listings are on AIRBNB. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the main Nymburk train station. Train connections twice an hour to Prague, Poděbrady, Kolín, and Hradec Králové. Guest access Parking is available on both sides of the house on two streets. Other things to note In Nymburk, there are beautiful medieval walls, a museum with an exhibition of Bohumil Hrabal, a bike path and an inline skating track from Poděbrady to Velký Osek, and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs with Postřizinský beer.
