clean, quiet apartment near the train station, cyclists welcome

The apartment is 3kk with a balcony ,2th floor, a view of a quiet courtyard. I rent a separate room,where there is a bed for 2 people, the possibility of an extra bed on a mattress or a crib,then it is possible to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed,where there are 2 places, the next room is furnished as a study/seat 1-2 people. All this,when I am not at home, the apartment is often empty. Otherwise, I occupy a living room and a study. The apartment has a storage room for in-line skating or bicycles. The possibility of using the kitchen,even if I am at home and a balcony where there are lots of flowers and herbs. The space I live in an apartment with a cat Rozárka,who is very kind, I prefer to point out if allergy sufferers come. I'm often at home on weekends, and sometimes during the week, the apartment is empty. The apartment is located 2 minutes from Nymburk Central Station. Transportation by train twice an hour in the direction of Prague, Poděbrady, Kolín, Hradec Králové. Guest access Parking is at the house on two sides in two streets. Other things to note In Nymburk there are beautiful medieval walls, a museum where the Bohumila Hrabala exhibition, a bike path and an inline runway towards Poděbrady to Velký Osek, a full of cafes, restaurants and pubs with a post-war beer.
