Cabin in the countryside

4 bedroom cabin set in 5 acres of private land in the countryside close to Castle Hedingham and surrounding areas. It is perfect for a short or long countryside break. The space The cabin has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (one with bath), a large open plan kitchen and living area. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining, with the option of creating 2 separate rooms or leaving it as one big bedroom. Guests will have access to all 5 acres of land. NB: Host also lives on the property in a separate building and has 2 dogs, 2 cats and handful of friendly chickens and ducks who roam the garden freely. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Our check-in times and check-out times are 3pm and 10am. If you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later there will be an additional charge of £25 for every hour that is not in our check-in/out policy. For example if you're wanting to check in early at 1pm - the additional fee will be £50. Please let us know when you are booking and these charges will be requested separately after the booking has been made. Unfortunately, there will be times (normally school holidays) when it is not possible to move check-in and check-out times - please send us a message and we will let you know. PETS We welcome pets as we have a lot of animals ourselves! We must stress that no pets are allowed on the furniture in the cabin, especially not the sofas. We have a additional pet charge if you are bringing pets of £50 per stay. We have also had some instances of over energetic dogs chasing our cats, chickens and ducks and therefore will ask that all dogs be kept on leads when outside. SOFA BED Please let us know if you need the sofa bed put up. Guest access All of the 5 acres which includes: - pond - fruit garden - chicken shed (with permission) Other things to note We also have some fresh farm produce which guests can purchase - namely chicken and duck eggs as well as seasonal fruit/veg grown on site.
