The space This beautiful villa is a bright house, we have furnished and equipped it so that you feel “at home”. It is rated four stars. The villa with large private heated swimming pool (mid May/September) is ideal for large families, for several couples or for groups (hikers, cyclists etc.) but you can also rent it for just two people. You will enjoy a large private heated swimming pool of 11mx5m, treated with salt. While heating the pool is not always necessary in summer, it is a real necessity in May, June and September when the water temperature is cooler. The salt treatment is particularly pleasant for the skin and hair. The swimming pool is operational from mid-May to the end of September and is very well maintained. It is completely fenced for the safety of children. It is surrounded by a 45m2 exotic wood deck with deckchairs and sun loungers. For your relaxation: an authentic high-end Nordic bath (hot tub) for 8 people, made in Sweden. The Scandinavians use it for the well-being effect, day or night, in the rain or in the snow. It's an excellent way to relax, escape from everyday life and combat stress: under the effect of the heat your muscles relax, only the crackling of the wood fire can be heard... This wooden hottub with water heated to 38/40° is placed near the swimming pool from where you can enjoy the view over the mountains and observe nature and the stars. The property is large (1.5 hectares), with a natural garden with beautiful mountain views on all sides. There are many different spaces, small shaded corners for relaxing, green and flowery spaces that encourage rest. The small road which borders the front of the property remains very quiet, even in summer. The house is surrounded by natural stone terraces. There are two terraces on the pool side: one with deckchairs and one with a teak table and twelve chairs and an awning and parasols for shade. At the rear of the house there is another dining area with a large stone barbecue and a Weber barbecue, wooden tables, benches and armchairs. This space has been completely refurbished, with a large awning and a relaxation area with bar. You can choose according to the sunshine, you will always find a place in the shade or in the sun. For the pleasure of young and old, there are many facilities that allow them to have fun on site. There is a grass playground (swings, slide, numerous devices), a volleyball court and a bowling green, slack-line, darts and molky. There is ample parking on site. The living room has a lounge area with flat screen television and DVD player, a dining room with a large table and 12 chairs, a warm wood stove for winter evenings (free firewood), a library with stereo, books, CDs, board games and lots of children's books, games and toys (small children's play room). The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, including nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, blender, large gas stove with electric oven, large refrigerator and freezer, plenty of kitchen utensils, Good quality pots and pans, matching crockery for a large number of people. The kitchen equipment is generously sized for twelve. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a bunk bed (good quality bedding). This room has an en suite bathroom, with a bath, a shower, a sink and w.c. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor, with shower and sink There are also independent toilets. There is a washing machine and dryer and a storage room with a freezer and refrigerator for your drinks in summer. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with mountain views. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom (shower, w.c.) and sink. The other bedrooms share another bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. There is an additional sink in one of the bedrooms. Sheets and towels are provided. We provide all the baby equipment to allow you to travel light. There are two baby beds with large mattresses, two high chairs, a baby cook, two changing mats, a reducer, two potties, a stroller. The price includes all charges (water, electricity, gas, firewood) and household linen (sheets and towels).
