Restored village house in Campelles, in the heart of the Ripolles, with views of the Pyrenees and the Nuria Valley. 7 km from Ribes de Freser (gateway to the Nuria rack railway), 40 min from La Molina and about 20 km from Ripoll. 2 bedrooms (double + twin/double) plus a versatile loft space with a sofa bed - up to 6 guests. Underfloor heating with air-source heat pump, kitchen with dishwasher, fibre wifi and Smart TV. Porch, garden and private parking. The space The house is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen and dining area integrated with the living room, plus a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a double and a twin room whose beds can be joined to form a double. This floor has a second full bathroom. In the loft (top floor, under the roof) there is a versatile space with a reading area, a desk and a sofa bed, ideal as a third bedroom or as a quiet space to relax, read or work. All bedrooms have a wardrobe with hangers, curtains and a bedside lamp. Heating is underfloor, powered by an air-source heat pump, throughout the house. Guest access The living room has a sofa, an armchair and a pouf, with a Smart TV and a coffee table. Fibre wifi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a combi fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker and Italian stovetop coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment: kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, and wine and cava glasses. Table and chairs for dining. There is no oil or coffee in the house; guests need to bring their own. The laundry area has a washing machine, an iron with ironing board, and a drying rack. Outside there is a porch, garden and outdoor furniture (table and sofas), plus parking. Other things to note Bathroom layout: there is a full bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The versatile loft space does not have its own bathroom. The loft space with the sofa bed has a sloped ceiling, typical of a traditional loft. The house does not provide oil or coffee; guests need to bring their own.
