Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, common space (living rm/dining rm/back rm, den) and bedrooms. * laundry room off the second bedroom is not offered with home rental. Breakfast foods and ‘to-go’ snack items are provided. Use of the basement, trampoline and garage is not permitted. Unfortunately, all Colgate weekends must abide by the Strict Cancellation policy hence, refunds cannot be given after 48hrs once booked. Additional accommodations for toddler bed may be possible by request. Parking is readily available.
