LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is one living room on the ground floor. Includes AC, WI-F, Sound System and Balcony. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 20000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 800 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. GYM/GAMES ROOM Features state-of-the-art gym equipped with an Assault Bike, heavy-duty treadmill, heavy-duty rowing machine, weight bench, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The room also includes a best-in-class table tennis table and a billiards/pool table. Separate ladies' and gents' washrooms with showers are available within the room. POOL (Private) There is a private, semi-covered outdoor pool. Features include a rain curtain and a water slide. There is a separate jacuzzi beside the pool. The pool is 50ft x 25ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Alfresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3500 per person. - Bonfire is available at an extra cost of Rs. 1500+taxes. - Games Room access is complimentary. - Home theatre and lounge area can be accessed without any charges. - Game essentials for Pool, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Carrom Board are complimentary. Guests are requested to bring their own padel rackets and ball for padel ball. All cricket gear is available.
