Studio apartment in basement! Close to city center, whale center and airport. Private entrance, bathroom, simple kitchen, bed (180 cm) NB! 2 meter ceiling height! The apartment must be cleaned by guest. Bed linen is put on and taken off after use. 500 NOK fee for not using bed linen. Cleaning help can be booked no later than the day before you leave. 500 NOK The space The midnight sun in summer and the Northern Lights in winter can be observed from the property itself, as there are good conditions here since we have no light pollution from the house and to the west towards the sea. We try to keep the expenses for you as low as possible. Therefore, we have chosen not to take cleaning fees as most people want to clean after themselves to have low expenses. We can rent a cleaning service for a fee of 500 NOK if you do not want to clean yourself. Please let us know no later than the day before if you want cleaning. You must calculate about 45 minutes cleaning time before checkout. We live in the main house ourselves above the apartment. Guest access You have the entire basement apartment at your own disposal. Private entrance, bathroom, living room/bedroom, kitchenette. Nb! Studio apartment, not a private bedroom. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is from Kong Øysteins gate and not Strandgata. (The house is at a crossroads) There is parking next to the house, on the same street as the main entrance. Please do not park in front of our garage. Smoking inside the apartment is NOT allowed.
