Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment in Söderåkra! Here you live quietly and comfortably with room for up to four guests. The apartment is about 60 m² and has a kitchen, WiFi, TV, washing machine and its own outdoor area. An 18-hole golf course is just minutes away, and you are close to the sea, swimming and nature. Kalmar, Öland and Karlskrona are easily accessible for day trips. Perfect for families, couples and friends who want to combine relaxation with excursions. The space The apartment is about 60 sqm and consists of a separate bedroom with double bed, a bright living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen (no oven) and a bathroom. The living room has a TV and plenty of room for socializing. There is also Wi-Fi and a private patio. The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 guests and offers plenty of space for families, couples and friends. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment via your own separate entrance. The apartment has a private patio and an associated part of the garden on that side of the house. We live in the same house with our two children, but in a separate residence with its own entrance and its own outdoor areas. One room in the apartment is used as a private storage room and is therefore locked during the stay. Other things to note Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. We appreciate if you wash the dishes you use, throw away garbage, and leave the house in a well-kept condition at checkout. If something breaks or if something doesn't work, please let us know immediately and we'll help as soon as we can :)
