GENERAL INFORMATION Check in time (check in): Between 03:00 PM and 07:00 PM Check-out time or egress (Checkout): 11:00 AM a. If the guest's check-in is after 07:00 pm you must cancel an additional 10$ at the set rate. Check in or check in before 03:00 pm and check-out after 11:00 am must be pre-approved by the Home Rental team. b. The unit is on the first floor and there is no elevator. It is important to consider this point for access by people with disabilities, as well as for moving luggage. c. We recommend checking your belongings before you leave. We cannot be responsible for items left on the property after 24 hours from departure. d. The owner or guest assistance staff has the right to terminate the guest's period of stay if it does not comply with the “General Rental Policies” or causes inconvenience to neighbors and other residents of the community, without the right to reimbursement of money. e. If a guest wants to spend the night on the property, they must be communicated and approved during the booking process, and will be subject to any extra fees specified in the final price. 2. DAMAGE AND IMPERFECTIONS a. Before handing over the keys, the Renta Hogar manager checks together with the guest the condition of the apartment, furnishings and conditions of the apartment. Once the verification is done, both parties sign the check-in or check-in sheet. A thorough verification by the guest is important as they are responsible for financially compensating for any damage to the property or movable property.
