Pure relaxation right next to the forest and only 750 m to the beach in our retro chalet The space Relax in the beautiful Bay of Lübeck located directly by the forest and only 750 m to the beach. Kellenhusen has plenty to offer for the dog lover. 3 dog beaches and an open-air area just 300 m away right in the forest. You can walk beautiful paths through the forest with your partner/children/dog or walk along the water/beach. Pure relaxation. In the small holiday complex "Am Walde" (consisting of 10 houses and 5 apartments) there is also a private dog playground (willow fence with 1.25 m height with toys & slalom parkour) and of course a children's playground, so that 2-legged and 4-legged friends can have their fun and relax. Our "Retro Chalets" have one bedroom with cozy double beds (1.4 x 2.0 m lying area) and one bedroom with a double bunk bed. A cozy living room with kitchen and a cute bathroom with shower complete your kingdom for your vacation. Each house has its own terrace and terrace furniture. You can tie your dog on a leash on the terrace. You can also rent bicycles and paddle boards (based on availability). Note on billing: - Electricity is billed separately at 40ct/kWh. Please expect €2-4/day in summer and €12-18/day in winter (in autumn it is in between depending on the weather) - Tourist tax is only applicable to adults according to the conditions of the Ostseecard Kellenhusen (€2-3/day) - A dog costs €6/night with us (maximum of 2 possible) Our category classification: In our holiday complex there are units with different features. We have divided these into the categories retro, comfort and wellness. + Retro: Our houses and apartments are basically all from the 70s/80s and are visually equipped accordingly or as one would say... "cozy like at mom's" with appropriate beds, kitchen with dishwasher, steel hobs, separate microwave and refrigerator, filter coffee machine, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench, bunk bed in the children's bedroom and double bed in the parents' bedroom. A functional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is of course included. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heaters and boilers/water heaters. + Comfort: Some of our units have been newly equipped, i.e. the furniture has been newly equipped around 2020, some of the floor has been replaced with easy-care current floor coverings, a new kitchen with ceramic stove top, microwave hot air oven and Senseo pad coffee machine (optionally with filter machine according to availability), box spring beds in the parents' bedroom and the Danish wooden bungalows have a wood-burning stove for the cold seasons. + Wellness: Some of our units have received wellness features in addition to the "comfort" change. This means that the Danish wooden bungalows have a private infrared cabin and an outdoor whirlpool in the garden and also a natural wooden fence. The apartments in this category have a hot tub, a large terrace with lounge furniture and some apartments also have a fence. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here (max. 2 dogs). The costs are 6 euros/night per dog and are billed on site. Electricity is billed at 40 cents/kWh according to consumption on site. Please expect about 2-5 euros/day in summer and 10-25 euros/day in winter. (In autumn/spring it is in between depending on the weather) Tourist tax is charged according to the conditions of the Baltic Sea resort Kellenhusen (between 2-3 euros/day per adult) Bed linen and towels are NOT included, you can bring them or rent them for a fee. (€ 12 per person for bed linen and € 6 per person for towels) COVID: We follow the recommendations of the German Tourism Association. This means that in the event of an official accommodation ban in our region, you can rebook or cancel free of charge (only Airbnb can say something about any Airbnb costs, although this has not been an issue so far)
