Le Verger accommodates up to 18 people in 6 bedrooms and offers large spaces designed for stays with family or friends. No other group is hosted on the estate during your stay. The space Le Verger is a large cottage that can accommodate up to 18 people in the heart of L'Escale de Notre-Dame, a fully renovated old building in Bretigney-Notre-Dame, 10 minutes from Baume-les-Dames and about 30 minutes from Besançon. Designed primarily for family stays, reunions with friends and large gatherings, the accommodation offers generous space with 6 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and numerous areas that allow you to enjoy your stay together or with everyone having their own area. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor and are accessible on one level. The downstairs bedroom is air-conditioned, as are two bedrooms upstairs. A large part of the cottage is dedicated to leisure activities, with something to keep young and old entertained, whatever the weather: - air hockey - pool table - indoor ping pong table - foosball - arcade machine - shuffleboard - Large games room upstairs - indoor play structure - ball pit for children The idea is really to be able to enjoy the place without having to organize an outdoor activity at every moment of the day, especially during stays with several families and children of different ages. Goats also live on the estate in their park, which is part of the atmosphere of the place and is generally very popular with children. Our animal friends are welcome. We simply ask that you notify us before your arrival, especially due to the presence of the goats. They must remain under the supervision of their owners when near the animals. Your stay remains completely private Le Verger belongs to the L'Escale de Notre-Dame estate, which can also accommodate larger groups when the entire property is booked. However, we never host two different groups of guests simultaneously. You can enjoy your accommodation, your terrace and the facilities at your disposal in peace without having to share them with other guests. For larger groups, L'Escale de Notre-Dame can be booked in its full configuration depending on the time of year and availability. Guest access Parking is directly on the property with enough space for several vehicles. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor and are accessible on one level.
