Other things to note **Rental Terms** Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance. Booking guest must provide ID with minimum age requirement of 28 years old. This home cannot be rented to anyone under 28 years old. Signed agreerment & ID must be returned within 24 hours of booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. Non-compliance to these rules will result in immediate cancellation to your stay.
