Facing the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Toulouse

Perched at the top of a country road in Monferran-Savès, the house has been fully renovated and equipped. We come here for the terrace: it overlooks the valley, and the Pyrenees appear as soon as the sky clears. The garden is wooded, and the hiking trails start from the driveway. The only neighborhood is the farm next door, with its cows and sheep. Quiet, without being isolated, with the L'Isle-Jourdain leisure center and its water ski lift five minutes away, and Toulouse and Auch thirty minutes away.
