Bonefish Haven is completely private home right on the waterfront. It has its own private swimming pool overlooking the stunning bonefish flats. The house has 3 tired decks, BBQ with pizza oven on the top deck, lounge in the sun on the middle deck or walk into the water from the gazebo covered lower deck. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and in the screened porch area you have an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a second BBQ with dining for 8 people. The space This is a single story 3-bedroom property sleeping up to 8 people. The master bedroom is en-suite with a queen bed and a pull-out Murphey bed it is fully air conditioned with a ceiling fan as well as a 50" smart tv also a patio door that leads to the top deck with stunning views across the bonefish flats. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with double sinks, toilet and rain shower head as well as a shower wand. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as a 50" smart tv. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as a 50" smart tv. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom which is equipped with double sinks, toilet and rain shower head as well as a shower wand. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size stove top oven, 33" granite kitchen sink, coffee machine with built in grinder, blender, water dispenser, fridge freezer, cutlery, knife block, utensils, 75" pantry, kitchen island cart and microwave. The lounge/dining area has a 50" smart tv with cable tv, golf/bowling arcade machine and a dining table with seating for 8 people. The screened in porch area has an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a 4-burner grill/griddle combo BBQ, outdoor wooden table with seating for 8 people as well as an outdoor tv. Outdoors you have access to the 3 tired decks, top deck BBQ with pizza oven and side burner, dining table with chairs, seating for 8 people. middle deck has 2 L shaped sofas, deck and ladder access to the 21ft swimming pool. lower deck a gazebo, sun loungers, ladder access to pool, outdoor shower and a ramp with access to the ocean. On the water we have two swings, two hammocks, covered inflatable party island, kayaks, paddle boards and a beach. This location is perfect for bonefishing you can see them mudding right off the deck just grab a fly rod and go. It's also a great place for bird watching the small mangrove cay right outside the house is home to white crown pigeon, herons and Antillean night hawks and you're sure to see turtles. We have provided binoculars so you don't miss out. The house has private high speed Starlink Wi-Fi, two JBL party box 120 Bluetooth speakers and also DynaTrap outdoor XL mosquito killer (if you would like to use this, please ask for more info about the mosquito killer). Guest access This house is entirely private and all yours. For safety and insurance reasons the maximum number of persons on the property is 10 and maximum number of people in the pool is 8.
