Charming Spacious Cotswold Family Home

Leeth House, is a spacious grade 2 listed Cotswold Stone Townhouse, located in the market town of Northleach in the heart of the Cotswolds, surrounded by beautiful countryside and several famous villages Burford (10 mins), Bourton on the Water (7 mins) , Stow on the Wold (15 mins), and many national trust properties and walks are close by. It even has a renowned local pub & restaurant a short walk away. It’s a spacious, peaceful and well equipped 3 bedroom family home away from home! The space The whole house is for your personal use. It will be professionally Covid approved cleaned prior to your arrival. As you go through the Front door to your right, you have a spacious living room with original period features such as a beautiful stone open fire place, sash windows and polished oak wooden floor. There is also a downstairs toilet off this room. A large bright kitchen with part glazed ceiling overlooking the back garden offers an open plan dining experience. This leads to a terrace area for some al fresco dining and a lawned area with BBQ and Wood burner in situ. From the other side of the kitchen there is a well equipped utility room with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and food mixer. From the utility room, there is a kids playroom which includes some toys, games, a Wii console and a piano all available for use. A wooden stair case takes you to the first floor landing. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and a shower room with sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 is a kids room and has a bunk bed with single bed above and a stand alone single mattress below. There are toys and books included which can be used during the stay. There is a family bathroom on this floor with bath, shower over bath, bidet, sink and toilet. There is one room not in use on this floor. Up some relatively steep stairs is a large bedroom with ensuite bath and shower over bath, sink & toilet, this room has a queen bed and a view of the back garden. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms for a cot if needed (you would need to bring your own). A welcome pack will be provided for your stay and will give you all the information you need about the house and your stay in the area. OUTSIDE The Stone walled back garden gets a good amount of sunshine through the day and has a lovely patio area with cushioned teak furniture for your al fresco dining. There is a gas BBQ for use. We really hope you enjoy your stay here... we love it!! Guest access There is plenty of free on street parking in front of the house. It is a short walk to a local pub, a wine bar, two cafe's, takeaways, shops, post office, butchers, bakery Chemist and local Convenience store. Other things to note There are plenty of dog walking opportunities from the house, and beautiful national trust areas in close proximity. There is a also a playing field and playground a few minutes walk away.
