The Old Piggery

The Old Piggery is a 5 minute walk to the beach with incredible views looking onto the river Stour estuary. As a recent conversion it has a modern, open plan layout with large French windows in both the living area and each bedroom, filling the house with natural light. A wood burning stove & underfloor heating create a cosy setting to relax & dine in. The space The huge windows fill the house with light and the view down to the river estuary is spectacular. There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs and a large grassy expanse looking down over farmland to the river. The main living area is open plan, leading onto the three bedrooms. All of these rooms are south facing with views down to the river. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a utility room next door with sink, washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate loo. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and shares a bathroom with walk in shower with the third bedroom which also has a king size bed and a bunk bed. PLEASE NOTE: The bunk bed is for children only and if you need to use it please let us know when booking. There is a travel cot and high chair on request. Guest access All access apart from 2 private locked cupboards in the utility room. Other things to note You need to run the water for a few minutes before it heats up.
