Baby equipment upon request. The space Located on the ground floor of our property, this huge independent studio opens onto a green and wooded setting. You have a dedicated parking space, a terrace and your own private garden. The interior is divided into several functional areas for your comfort: 🛏️ A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) on a cosy pallet frame, with a large adjoining dressing room. 🛋️ A living room area with a sofa bed (futon) to accommodate 2 additional people. 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. 🛁 A real bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. 👶 Families and babies: Complete kit available on request (travel cot, high chair, baby bath). Guest access The property is located at the end of a private driveway, set back from the road, on the slopes of Baziège. This location, away from the heart of the village, offers you a real haven of peace. You will have completely independent access: • In the single-storey studio and its private garden/terrace. • At your dedicated parking space at the end of the driveway on the left (suitable for a large van or 2 cars). 🚊Transport: Baziège train station is less than 2 km from the accommodation, ideal for easily reaching the centre of Toulouse by train (~20 min), as well as Carcassonne (~40 min)! Access via the A61 motorway (exit 19.1) is only 5 minutes away. Labège and its business park can be reached via the D16 (~20 min). Other things to note 🌳🐦 The garden: You have access to our large garden, which is wooded and left in its natural state, where you can relax, read in the shade, and observe our free-range hens or the birds that take shelter in the bushes (more than a dozen species have been counted!). 🍽️🔥Meals & Relaxation in the open air: Garden furniture is set up under the trees so you can enjoy an aperitif or a simple break. A garden table and chairs are also available for your breakfasts or outdoor meals. A barbecue is available on request. 🐾 Our animal friends: Your four-legged companions are welcome! We simply ask you to ensure that they respect our chickens 🐔, which roam freely on the property. ;) To preserve the tranquillity of the hillsides and the cleanliness of the premises, the accommodation is strictly non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
