Experience the perfect vacation at this seaside retreat. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the hot tub or your private 700 sq. ft. covered deck. Ideal for a romantic getaway, nature connection, or R&R. Nearby, indulge in beautiful hikes, stroll to Brewer's Row, and find grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Vancouver is only a 45-minute trip via Skytrain or car. Golfing, tennis, hikes and local attractions like the Great Blue Heron colony, Buntzen Lake, and Rocky Point Park are all within reach. The space Newly constructed suite with concrete floors (bring slippers if you wish). We have stocked the kitchen with all the basics and a little more. There are blinds and bedroom curtains for a darker sleep. A small cafe table and chairs to dine at and a few bar stools at the bar counter for your computer set up if needed. The bed has a quality mattress and high quality sheets/pillows. We live directly upstairs on the top two levels. The noise level is minimal (you will hear us and we will hear you at times). We are always conscientious about our footsteps and dogs. The dock and beach deck (where the hot tub is) is a shared space. If you see us on the beach deck, don’t be shy to come and join us or head out to the dock. We are friendly and easy going! If you would like to lay on lounger chairs on your deck, there are a few located in the shed, feel free to bring them to your space. Guest access Dock, hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks. Other things to note We welcome respectful, quiet couples looking to relax, enjoy the waterfront, and explore beautiful Port Moody. This is a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood, best suited for guests who value peace and calm. Guest Policy: Maximum of two registered guests are allowed on the property. We’re often asked if friends can visit during a stay—unfortunately, the answer is no. We are mindful of our immediate neighbours and prioritize keeping activity and noise to a minimum. Substance Use: We do not accommodate guests who engage in recreational drug use. While light cannabis use is fine, this is not a space for partying or substances that could compromise safety or the atmosphere. We aim to maintain a peaceful, restorative environment and kindly recommend that guests seeking a more party-oriented stay consider a hotel instead. Cleanliness & Comfort: Cleanliness is a top priority. Every pillow has a clean protector and two pillowcases. The mattress is covered with a full barrier and a plush mattress pad, and we provide 100% cotton sheets for your comfort. We also keep the suite allergy-friendly and do not allow our dogs inside. On the Property: We live on the top two floors and are generally quiet. You may hear the occasional bark or regular household sounds from upstairs. Our dogs are friendly and often enjoy greeting guests. However, if you’d prefer not to interact with them, just let us know—we completely understand and will set up barriers to keep them off your deck.
