The idyllic holiday home in modern Scandinavian design (approx. 50 m²) with clear lines and full of comfort is located overlooking Lake Ratzeburger. The larch house is equipped for 2 people with a cozy living room with a Danish wood-burning stove, open built-in kitchen, a shower room, as well as a separate bedroom in a Scandinavian style. In the vacation home, there is everything you need on vacation for comfortable self-catering. Parking spaces for your vehicle are available on the property. Amenities: TV DVBT-2, dishwasher, fireplace, firewood, electric heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, hairdryer, garden furniture, barbecue, etc. The boat and bathing jetty, a rowing boat, a canoe, a two-seater kayak, firewood and simple women's and men's bicycles are available to our guests free of charge. From the approx. 700 m² wooded property with large outdoor terrace you have a unique view of Lake Ratzeburg. The private jetty, accessible via a small forest path, invites you to relax while sailing, surfing, swimming and boating. On the hiking trails around Lake Ratzeburg you will find wonderful relaxation. Start right outside the front door. The wonderful nature around Lake Ratzeburg is extremely varied. Please understand that pets cannot be brought along. Smoking is possible on the terrace. We will provide you with a laundry package (bed linens and towels) on request (€15 per person). Welcome. The jetty is accessible via a small forest path in about 200 m from the house. The approx. 700 m² forest and garden property can be used.
