Our 3-star single-storey cottage with its 2 terraces and its private garden of 100 m² welcomes you to the heart of the southern Ardèche. In a green, quiet environment, it is located on the edge of a private wood. Ideally placed to discover the charms of our beautiful region. The space N.B.: The jacuzzi is an outdoor amenity that is sensitive to frost, so it is in winter storage from mid-November to mid-March. "NATURE VERTE" cottage: 50 m² 3* cottage with 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 cm bed – Bedroom 2: 2 motorized 80 x 200 beds; possibility of joining them for a 160 x 200 queen size bed. Maximum capacity of 4 travelers. Cottage located in the heart of nature, quiet, facing our private wood. 100 m² fully fenced garden. Outdoor hot tub in operation from March 1st to November 30th (frost free). To ensure the safety of guests, the accommodation is disinfected according to the health protocol recommended by the authorities and the hot tub is emptied and disinfected at each rental. Bed and house linens are provided and for your comfort, the beds are made on arrival; however, remember to bring your towels (possibility of rental for €5/person). Other things to note Optional cleaning fee: €50 to be paid on site if you do not want to take care of it yourself. N.B.: Jacuzzi in operation from March to November (frost-free). To ensure the safety of guests, a strict disinfection protocol is applied after each checkout. The hot tub is emptied and disinfected before every new guest check-in.
