Close to a bus stop that can take you in different directions, such as Valdemarsvik and Norrköping. The space The cottage consists of two smaller rooms. One is a sauna with an electric heater and a view of the water. In the second room, there is a sofa bed (new - purchased in 2026) with 2 x 80 cm beds, a coffee table and a mini kitchen. The mini-kitchen consists of dishes and basic cooking facilities with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee press, electric kettle and an induction stovetop. Two pots (but no frying pan). There's also a charcoal grill. Buy with your own charcoal. Behind the house is another house, and there is the outdoor toilet. Outside the cabin, there is a sink with a cold water faucet and an outdoor shower. The temperature of the water in the outdoor shower is generally cold but can vary slightly depending on the weather. There is access to a jetty and swimming opportunities in the pond. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included in the price. The tenant cleans before check-out by washing, wiping and sweeping the surfaces indoors.
