Welcome to a cozy townhouse in central Nättraby – perfect accommodation for a couple or two work colleagues who work in Karlskrona or Ronneby. The space The residence has a quiet and convenient location with only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. E22 is nearby, which allows for easy commuting to both Karlskrona and Ronneby. In the area, there is a grocery store, a pizzeria and a restaurant within easy distance. Guest access The entire house is rented out, with the exception of the storage room. The storage room contains private belongings and is locked. Tenants do not have access to this space. Other things to note At check-in, there is a set of bed linens, towels, a duvet and a pillow per guest. Upon check-out, the bed linens must be removed from the bed, and the duvet and pillow must be folded and placed neatly in the closet. This is not a hotel business. The tenant is responsible for cleaning up after him/herself before check-out. After check-out, the landlord will inspect the home. If something is missing, has been damaged or if the accommodation is not sufficiently cleaned, the costs for damage or additional cleaning may be charged to the tenant.
