Beacon Hill Annex 1, St Peter, is on the West Coast of Barbados, just a walk across the road from beautiful Mullins Beach. Approx. 5 minutes' drive to Speightstown and 10 minutes to Holetown. The Annex consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, combined living & dining area, kitchen & comfortable enclosed patio. Maid service once a week. Beacon Hill Annex 2 is next door. There is a 10% Government Accommodation Levy due at time of payment. Security camera at the entrance. The space View the bay from the patio and it's so easy and convenient to pop up and down to the beach with drinks and snacks! Take down your beach chairs or rent directly on the beach. The entire house is yours - there are no shared spaces. We'll offer a special for 12 month stays for remote workers. 24 hr. convenience store, restaurants and local food van with delicious Bajan food within walking distance. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a 10% Government Accommodation Levy due at time of payment. Guest access The entire property is yours - it is just the driveway that is shared with Beacon Hill Annex 2 & the condos. There are two parking spaces to the front of Beacon Hill Annex 1, opposite the patio, so renting a vehicle is not a problem. Bus service is just a few steps along the road from the villa as well as beach bars and a spa offering yoga & Pilates. Other things to note Great place for a family or single friends as the second bedroom has three twin beds while the master room has a king bed. Two twin beds can be made up as a king if needed. We have had cyclists and surfers stay for competitions and they store the bikes and boards in the patio or laundry for safety. Remember, there is a 10% Government Accommodation Levy due at time of payment.
