The space This property, 12 min walk to the old city centre, is a cosy family home with a traditional Catalan look and fresh, contemporary interiors, made up of two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance. Every family enjoys plenty of privacy, yet the terrace, garden, and pool are shared — and above all the table, in that unmistakable French art of gathering for long, leisurely meals: plates passed, glasses filled, conversation stretching late into the warm evening. The renovated ground-floor apartment welcomes you with a brand-new kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a warm living room built for lingering evenings around a large TV. It has 3 bedrooms — one with an en-suite bathroom, plus a separate bathroom serving the other two — and a separate toilet. But its heart is outside: a very large terrace and spacious pergolas overlooking the garden and pool.
