Private Traditional House near Aglou Beach

Private house in Zaouia Aglou, around 3 km from Aglou Beach and 14 km from Tiznit. Built in a traditional Moroccan style, the rooms open onto the center of the house, giving it an authentic village feel. Fully independent, with a private entrance and private rooftop. It hosts up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, a spacious Moroccan salon with TV, sitting area, kitchen, shower and 2 toilets. Calm village, with shops and daily essentials nearby. Suitable for short or monthly stays. The space The house follows a traditional Moroccan layout, with the rooms opening onto the central area of the home. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds, a spacious traditional Moroccan salon with TV, a small L-shaped sitting area, a kitchen, a shower, a modern toilet and a traditional toilet. Guests also have their own private rooftop terrace. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house and the private rooftop terrace. The property has its own independent entrance, and no indoor or rooftop spaces are shared with other guests or residents. Other things to note All guests must provide a valid ID before check-in for registration purposes. For couples where one or both guests are Moroccan, a marriage certificate is required before check-in. Please make sure all required documents are available before booking. There is no Wi-Fi, air conditioning or heating in the house. A portable fan can be provided on request. Free parking is available in a nearby area, and taxis and buses serve the village, although having your own vehicle is more convenient for exploring the area. The private rooftop is currently unfurnished and is accessed by stairs with a guardrail. Hot water is available in the shower. The kitchen includes a gas stove, small fridge, coffee machine and blender, but there is no washing machine. As this is a real Moroccan village, you may occasionally hear normal village sounds such as roosters or the nearby mosque. Smoking, parties/events and pets are not allowed.
