Park View Studio - Lydiard Millicent Swindon Wilts

We are located in a quiet village close to Lydiard Park in the western area of Swindon. There is easy access to Windmill Hill Business Park and Jnc 16 of the M4, also close to Wootton Bassett. The space We are close to Lydiard Park and the Conference Centre and conveniently located on the M4 corridor with very easy access to London, Reading, Oxford, Bath, Bristol, Marlborough, Salisbury and much more. London is approximately 50 minutes on the train. Swindon has very good public transport connections to many places of interest in the South West of England. We are also about 15 minutes for the Steam Museum and the Outlet Centre We have plenty of free off-road parking. Guest access You will have access to kitchen, bathroom, lounge and garden. There is an iron and ironing board available and a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We provide towels, and soap. There is a comfy double bed to sleep on. We can provide breakfast for an extra cost. While we do request that guests do not smoke in the house, there is access to the garden, where you can smoke. The is plenty off road parking in private courtyard in front of the house. Interaction with guests We will be around most of the time to answer any questions you may have. The neighbourhood We live in a blissfully quiet area, which is close to all amenities. Getting around The nearest bus stop is within 3 minutes of the house which will take you to the centre of Swindon, the train and bus stations. Train station is a 15 minute taxi journey from the house. There is free off-road parking at the front of the house. Guest access You will have access to open plan studio, bathroom and garden. There is an iron and ironing board available and a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We provide towels. While we do request that guests do not smoke in the Studio, there is access to the garden, where you can smoke. The is plenty off road parking in private courtyard in front of the house.
