Quiet holiday apartment in the small village of Bodensdorf on Lake Ossiach. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the lake, supermarkets, a restaurant, a café, a pharmacy and a bank. The space Our holiday apartment offers space for the whole family or a holiday with friends. It has two bedrooms, a dining area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Guest access The guests have the holiday apartment for their exclusive use. The accommodation includes a small garden, a private terrace and free parking. Other things to note The tourist tax is €2.70 per person per night. (Guests under 17 are free!) From November 2026, the state of Carinthia will increase this tax to €4.50 per person per night. The accommodation tax is included in the price! In addition, I am obliged to register every guest with the municipality.
