The apartment is located in a quiet residential area not far from the lake, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot and impresses with its crystal clear water. The space The approx. 57 m², modern furnished apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is one of the most beautiful apartments with a grotto in the region. A spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 50" smart TV and a sofa bed with sleeping function, fold-out coffee table for notebook, etc. offer enough space to really feel comfortable. For families with small children, a children's travel bed and a high chair are also available. The fridge is equipped with a freezer compartment. On colder days you can end the evening by the cozy fireplace. In the apartment there are also two double bedrooms, which invite you to dream. All beds are equipped to a very high specification with Wenatex disc slatted frames and mattresses with varying degrees of firmness. Many guests have told us, “They sleep better here than at home.” Bedroom 1 has a 40" flat-screen TV. For families with toddlers, a children's travel bed and high chair are also available. The bathroom has a spacious shower (120 x 90 cm). Unlimited Internet surfing is guaranteed via Wi-Fi. Our grotto with seating furniture and barbecue invites you to linger, have breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening. Of course, a free parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for you.
