The space We welcome you to the serene abode and hope that you give us a chance to host you at this minimal and comfortable stay. We are located near nearby locations: Railway station: 2 Km Bus stations: 5 Km Darbhanga Airport: 6 Km Laheriasarai: 5 Km Please find the details of each room: 1. Bedroom 1: King-size bed with Memory foam mattress, equipped with AC and a dedicated workspace with proper ambient lighting and a balcony. 2. Bedroom 2: King-size bed with soft cotton Mattress, equipped with a proper fan and the option of a cooler, with a separate balcony with a small garden. 3. Bedroom 3. Double-size bed with soft cotton mattress, equipped with a 3-door wardrobe and a treadmill, with a separate balcony. 4. We provide clean blankets and bedsheets. They will be kept in the storage compartments or over the bed of each room. 5. Living room: Fully modern and minimalist vibe, and a cosy living room with AC and 2 sofas. For your entertainment, we have provided a television with Netflix, Amazon Prime subscription and Sonyliv subscription on request. Please call to request these subscriptions. 5. Kitchen: Please note it's veg-friendly, and we have accommodated all the essential utensils, including a mixer grinder, refrigerator, oven & Chimney. Please note guests have to clean dishes on their own or have to provide 100 a day to the maid (that can be arranged on request) 6. Dining Hall: 4-seater dining table. 7. Bathroom: 2 fully functional bathrooms with a shower option, where each bathroom has the option of an Indian and Western Toilet. 1 semi-Bathroom where you have the option to take a shower only. 8. Bathroom accessories are provided, including towels, hand towels, and soap bars. 9. Full parking premises where you can comfortably park 2 cars. 10. The given area is serviceable with Blinkit, Zomato, and Swiggy. In case any essential groceries are needed, our caretaker can arrange that as well (needs to be mentioned in advance) 11. A working desk is provided with 30 Mbps WiFi 12. The room will be on the 1st floor. 13. Power cuts may happen in the flat. For that, we have an inverter connection, but the inverter doesn't support the geyser, Air Conditioner and Refrigerator. Otherwise, everything will work 14. Guests are requested to wash their dishes before check-out. In case you have left dishes without washing, we will request you to pay Rs 100 to maid for doing the dishes. Additional Services: Scooty on Rent (Extra paid) Auto-service facility (Paid- need to pay directly to the auto guy) Guest access The guests have full access to their private room and the terrace. The terrace will be shared with other people in the building. Other things to note Guests need to follow certain rules when they are staying at our place. 1. Guests need to either do the dishes on their own or pay the maid to wash them before checking out. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the room. Guests should smoke on the balcony or on the terrace. It is difficult for us to ventilate the rooms after check-out if guests smoke in the room. 3. Guests should switch off Lights/Fan/ AC when they leave the premises. We are requesting not just for the electricity bill, but we genuinely care for the environment and hate wastage of any sort. 4. its strictly veg-friendly kitchen.
