One room in a townhouse for immediate rent to a well-behaved and reliable person with stable finances (employed/student), non-smoker, no pets, no children. Room is furnished, access to common kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Laundry, The monthly rent includes broadband, electricity, heating and water. The rent refers to one person only. The rent is paid in advance and two monthly rent + deposit. The deposit rent is paid when we write a contract.
