Our 1450sqft updated 1920’s home has all the character and charm of historical Summerville, Augusta. The kitchen is currently being updated and the pictures will follow completion! The Master room has a queen bed & TV with Roku. The second room has a twin. We have a kids room that has bunk beds and plenty of space for an air bed if you’re looking to squeeze extra people in (we have one queen available for use). Fresh linens reserved for Masters & Ironman rental. Certified Asthma & Allergy Foundation Air Purifier constantly running to insure air quality. Corner lot with privacy! Security system with doorbell camera and backyard (and parking) view. One off-road parking space, and plenty of parking on the quiet side road.
