We warmly welcome you with a bottle of wine, water and a bowl of fruit in our cozy apartments Mediterranean-Scandinavian and Mediterranean-Scandinavian 2. Surrounded by wonderful hiking and cycling trails, Franconian gastronomy, you can relax with us both on vacation and after a busy day at the trade fair. The space The apartment on the upper floor was tastefully furnished by us with a lot of love for detail. So that everyone feels comfortable, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It is equipped with free fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, each with 1.80 x 2.00 m wide beds, a flat-screen TV, a workstation and a cozy armchair corner. A bathroom with bidet, toilet and a bathtub to relax. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, as well as bed linen will be provided. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you need. In the lush green garden there is a covered swimming pool (May-September), lawn with sun loungers and parasol, high terrace with cozy benches, 2 barbecue areas, a loggia and an outdoor whirlpool (all year round) with changing room and a cozy couch corner with pavilion. This is available for our guests of both apartments Guest access We live in the same house, usually receive you personally and are available for any questions you might have. In addition, there is another apartment for 2-4 people in the basement, which can be rented separately from the main house. It is newly built and also equipped to a high standard. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note Despite the quiet location, you are perfectly connected in terms of traffic: Nuremberg and Neumarkt can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away - from visiting the trade fair to strolling through the city, everything is possible without a long drive. We are happy to assist you with your daily planning or organize a shuttle to Nuremberg Exhibition Center (15 minutes), the airport (30 minutes) or other destinations. Within half an hour you can reach Nuremberg, Munich is 1.5 hours by car and 1 hour to the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
