We welcome you with a bottle of wine, water and a bowl of fruit to our cozy apartments Mediterranean Scandinavian and Mediterranean Scandinavian 2. Surrounded by magnificent hiking and biking trails, Franconian gastronomy, you can relax with us both on vacation and after a busy day at the fair. The space The apartment on the upper floor has been tastefully furnished by us with much love for detail. So that everyone feels comfortable, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It is equipped with free fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, each with 1.80 x 2.00 m wide beds, a flat-screen TV, a workspace and a cozy armchair corner. A bathroom with bidet, toilet and bathtub to relax. Towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, as well as bed linen will be provided. The kitchen-living room is equipped with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you need. In the lush green garden there is a covered swimming pool (May-September), meadow with sun loungers and parasol, high terrace with cozy benches, 2 barbecue areas, a loggia and an outdoor jacuzzi (all year round) with changing room and a cozy couch corner with gazebo. In addition, there is another apartment for 2-4 people in the basement, which can be rented separately from the main house. It is newly built and also well equipped. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note Despite the quiet location, you are perfectly connected in terms of traffic: Nuremberg and Neumarkt can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away - from visiting the trade fair to strolling through the city, everything is possible without a long drive. We are happy to assist you with your daily planning or organize a shuttle to Nuremberg Exhibition Center (15 minutes), the airport (30 minutes) or other destinations. Within half an hour you can reach Nuremberg, Munich is 1.5 hours by car and 1 hour to the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
