Nature nearby will offer you beautiful hikes, on foot or by bike (green route and Vélo Francette route with direct access). We look forward to welcoming you! The space 10 km from Caen, 80 m2 house, dating from the 18th century and fully restored and equipped. The accommodation, completely independent, corresponds to the central part of the building. We live in the right-hand part. On the ground floor: - small private courtyard at the front, - living room with sofa bed - equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, dishwasher - Separate toilet, vestibule, - conservatory (washing machine) - garden and terrace: garden furniture and BBQ. On the first floor: - large bedroom (bed 160x200) - ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). On the second floor: - bedroom with two beds: 90 x 200 and 140 x 200. - ensuite bathroom: bathtub, sink, toilet Baby equipment on request: crib, changing mat, bathtub, high chair.
