The space 10 km from Caen, 80 m2 house, dating back to the 18th century and fully restored and equipped. On the ground floor: - small private courtyard in front, - room/living room with sofa bed - equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooktop, dishwasher - independent toilet, vestibule, - winter garden (washing machine) - garden and terrace: garden furniture and BBQ. On the first floor: - Large bedroom (160x200 bed) - ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, toilet).
