The space The house, built on two levels, consists of: Bedroom On the upper floor, there is a bright and cozy double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors on quieter days. Living area The living area has a comfortable sofa bed with a second pull-out bed, perfect for hosting families or small groups of friends. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook independently during your stay. Bathroom A full and functional bathroom, equipped with a shower, bidet and essential amenities for a practical and comfortable stay. Payment will be via bank transfer or Pay Pal. 🔑 Check-in is self-contained and flexible and is from 3pm onwards. However, we ask you to let us know your expected arrival time to better organize your welcome. 📋 Prior to arrival, a valid government-issued ID will be required for each guest, for mandatory registration with the State Police's portal. 🚭 The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside. 🐶 Pets are allowed, there is a surcharge. Bedding and towels The sheets and towels provided are rented from a professional laundry service and, for this reason, cannot be washed by guests during their stay. If you would like a change of linens or need additional sheets or towels, we will be happy to provide them.
