Sleeping up to four guests with a queen bed and sofa bed, it's ideal for couples and solo travellers, small families, business travellers, road trippers looking for a comfortable stopover or travellers. Enjoy a tranquil rural setting with easy access to beaches, cafés, restaurants and local attractions—the perfect base for a relaxing getaway or overnight stop. The space Surrounded by nature, our one-acre property is home to an abundance of native wildlife and birdlife, making it an ideal place to slow down and enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere. Wake to the sounds of birdsong, keep an eye out for local wildlife, and unwind in a quiet setting that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to everything you need. Spend your days exploring Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches, scenic coastal walks, wineries, cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and popular local attractions before returning to your own private retreat. Guests are welcome to enjoy the front lawn and open spaces, perfect for relaxing outdoors or simply soaking up the fresh country air. Whether you’re passing through, travelling for work, or planning a relaxing weekend getaway, our guest flat offers a wonderful blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience. With its own private entrance, dedicated parking, and kitchenette, you’ll have the flexibility to prepare a light breakfast, enjoy a simple meal, or make yourself a coffee whenever it suits you. Combined with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and peaceful rural surroundings, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel right at home during your stay. Guest access Access to the flat is via the main driveway, which is shared with the main house. Parking for the flat is located in front of the carport on the left-hand side of the main house. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. Other things to note Freshly renovated and thoughtfully appointed, the flat provides a comfortable and modern space for guests to enjoy. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ area during their stay, perfect for relaxing meals and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We kindly ask that the BBQ is cleaned after use and left in the same condition for the next guests to enjoy. Guests are also welcome to use the washing line during their stay and wander down to our veggie garden. It's still a work in progress, but we hope you'll enjoy seeing how it's coming along. Please note that the property is not fully securely fenced. For the safety of children and pets, we ask that they are supervised at all times and not allowed to wander unattended around the property.
