Relax in this beautiful maisonette, located in a quiet seaside village, just a 3-minute walk from a peaceful beach. From the house and the balconies, you can enjoy the view of the lush green landscape. Outdoors, there is a gazebo with a large dining area, ideal for breakfast, meals or evening moments with family and friends. The maisonette has fast and reliable Wi-Fi via Starlink, so you can work or watch movies on Netflix. The space Our house, with an area of 75 sq.m., is a pleasant, cool and bright two-story maisonette 200 meters from the beach. On the upper level, which is the entrance level, there is a common area with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a small toilet. The two balconies overlook the garden. On the cool ground floor, which is one and a half meters below the courtyard, there are two bedrooms, a second toilet, and a shower. A smaller room next to the bedroom is used for storing clothes and for extra room linens. The first bedroom has a large double bed, a desk, and a balcony with access to the courtyard. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and a desk, and overlooks the back of the house. In addition to the balconies and the patio, the house has a 20 sq. m. gazebo so that guests can sit in a shaded semi-outdoor area at all times of the day. Guest access Access to the Nautilus complex is easy by car via the Thessaloniki-Ierissos national road. Nautilus is fenced and entry is permitted only to residents and is done using a remote control. Our property is directly accessible by car and provides two parking spaces for our guests. The house is located about 200 meters from Gavriadia Beach. Other things to note In Ierissos, there are two large supermarkets and smaller stores selling local products, tavernas, bars, coffee shops, a cultural center with exhibits from Mount Athos, as well as medical services. Other things to do -You can swim at one of the many other nearby beaches, such as Kakoudia beach with its rock formations, which is next to Gavriadia beach. - Don't forget to take a cruise from Ouranoupolis for a tour of Mount Athos to see the Byzantine monasteries, UNESCO World Heritage Sites. (Ouranoupolis is 15 km from Ierissos.) - You can visit the only inhabited island of Halkidiki, Ammouliani, by ferry from Tripiti (10 minutes by car from our house). -By boat from Ammouliani or Ouranoupolis, you can swim at the very shallow sandy beaches of the Drenia Islands, a cluster of 6 uninhabited islands with exotic beauty, where only one has a small tavern. - Ancient Stagira, the birthplace of Aristotle, the greatest philosopher of antiquity and teacher of Alexander the Great, is located about 30 kilometers from our house. -You can visit picturesque villages in mountainous Chalkidiki.
