Norrgården - Quiet accommodation on forest farm

Forest farm with a turn-of-the-century cottage in simple standard in southern Sweden. Two bedrooms with a total of five beds. Kitchen with wood stove, electric stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. Toilet and shower. Large living room. Glass porch. Small entryway. Heating with wood stove, wood-burning stove, air heat pump and electric elements. Walks in the forest environment and berry/mushroom picking according to Swedish Everyman's Right. House-trained pets are welcome. Free parking. Limited Wi-Fi. The space At this old farm out in the woods, you live and take care of yourself and are responsible for the cottage being well cleaned at check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be requested. This is especially important if you have had pets with you. Children and infants are, of course, cordially welcome but parental responsibility applies (!) as the cottage/farm/surroundings are not specifically child-safe. Since the farm has its own well, I ask guests to conserve water. In the toilet there is only a small water heater, short showers are recommended. Note that the hydrophore pump for the water supply is very loud at times when water is used. Mobile coverage is weak with most operators. Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed because the electrical installations are not approved for this. Guest access Guests have access to the cabin's living area as well as the courtyard around the cabin. No access to the attic, basement or other buildings on the property. Other things to note Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 20/person. If you use your own bed linens, they should be freshly washed so we can keep the beds fresh together. The farm has recordable video surveillance as burglary protection outdoors and is turned off at the request of the guest. During the period from March 1 to August 20, dogs must be kept under such supervision that they are prevented from running loose. No smoking inside. Open fire is prohibited. If you want to use the barbecue area, please ask first. Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed because the electrical installations are not approved for this.
