Serenello by the Shore | Hele Bay Beach

Welcome to Serenello by the Shore, our recently part-renovated family home just 50m from Hele Bay Beach. Perfect for couples and small families, it’s an ideal base for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and exploring the South West Coast Path. Enjoy a scenic walk to Ilfracombe Harbour, cafés and restaurants, with a bus stop nearby for easy transport links. We hope you’ll love staying here as much as we do! The space Guest Capacity: Our home is ideally suited to 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant (under 2 years old). The maximum occupancy is 3 guests plus 1 infant, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy thier stay. If you're unsure whether the property is suitable for your group, please feel free to get in touch before booking. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire home and rear garden, with the exception of any rooms that are locked. These areas are used for owner storage and are not part of the guest accommodation. You may also notice a small number of cupboards marked with tape. These contain personal belongings and are reserved for owner use, so we kindly ask that they remain closed during your stay. The rear garden can be accessed directly from the kitchen-diner, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space. Other things to note Rear Garden: Please note that the steps leading from the house to the upper garden are particularly steep and may not be suitable for unaccompanied young children, guests with limited mobility, or anyone unsteady on their feet. We kindly ask that all guests take extra care when using them. There are minor garden improvement works still underway in the upper garden. These do not affect access to or enjoyment of the patio seating area, which is fully available for guests to use throughout your stay. Electric Vehicle Charging: An EV charger is available for guest use. Please note that its use is subject to the parking space directly outside the house being available. We recommend charging your vehicle overnight, as the space is typically easiest to access during these hours. When using the charger, please ensure the charging cable is routed safely through the cable channel in the pavement. Lift the protective flap, place the cable fully inside the channel, and check that the flap lies completely flat before use. This helps keep the pavement safe for pedestrians. If the parking space outside the property is unavailable, a bank of Osprey rapid charging stations is located just a few minutes away in the Hillsborough Road Leisure Centre car park, providing a convenient alternative.
